The Congress is based mainly in England, but has affiliates in many countries. We are independent Christian ministries that agree on our central beliefs. We have Regions, Dioceses and Parishes, each headed by duly Ordained/Consecrated Priests, Overseers and Bishops, who are all also elected by those they serve.
Our costs are kept very reasonable. Anyone who keeps to our basic beliefs and conduct will be considered. The Congress reserves the right to refuse membership without giving reasons.
The Congress has a Council of Bishops and other elected Clergy who meet as a Synod. The Synod also chooses the Presidium who is the Presiding Bishop (Archbishop) of the Congress.
